On the material, and not just the abuse of natural resources, but more use of artificial and compound, harmless recyclable natural material, so as to benefit the whole ecological environment and establish harmonious human settlement environment. 

Of indiscriminate mining of trees felled at the expense of the natural environment is not scientific and ecological methods, which in some sense is not ecological.
